Check engine light
The fault is Excessive EGR Flow.
Has anyone had this fault before and if so what cured it?
I talked to a service guy at Ford and he said there are two sensors and the carbon can that are also envolved with the EGR functioning correctly, so not sure where to go from here. Can the EGR be cleaned?

If you have chickens billet cover for the EGR, you need to drill out the hole and make it larger, I had the same problem and the dealership said the hole was to small and the fitting at the top wasnt getting a good seal. So I drilled mine out to make it larger and it worked.

I checked the line and it isn't melted
I also checked the surrounding lines and they all seem good.
It is funny you said that hd02 because I am just over 15K. It seems to run okay, but I am tired of looking at the light.
